Terms of sale
These terms apply to orders placed through the website 3d.primanor.ee. The seller is Primanor OÜ (registration no. 11528750, VAT no. EE101261845, Papiaru 14, Rakvere 44317, Estonia; info@primanor.ee, +372 5300 6569). If the translation differs from the Estonian text, the Estonian text prevails.
1. Prices
All prices are in euros and include VAT. Print jobs carry a setup fee of 5.00 € per order; the minimum order for print jobs is 10.00 €. Delivery is added at checkout.
We confirm the price by email after reviewing the file. Until then the order is a request for a quote: if the offered price does not suit you, you may withdraw at no cost.
2. Ordering and conclusion of the contract
Placing an order creates no obligation to pay. We review the order and within one business day send a confirmation with the final price, lead time and an invoice. The contract is concluded once you have paid the invoice.
3. Payment
Payment is by bank transfer against an invoice. The invoice is due within 7 days; we may cancel an order that is not paid by then. Production starts once payment has arrived.
4. Lead time and delivery
Orders are usually ready 2–5 business days after payment arrives; the exact lead time is stated in the confirmation. We ship within Estonia to an Omniva or Smartposti parcel locker, or you can collect the order in Rakvere at an agreed time.
5. The customer's file and responsibility
- The customer confirms that they have the right to have the uploaded model printed and that doing so does not infringe the rights of third parties.
- We print the part from the customer's file. We do not check whether the design is fit for its intended purpose.
- We do not print weapons, their parts or other items whose manufacture or possession is prohibited by law, and we may decline an order.
- We use the files only to fulfil the order.
6. Characteristics of printed parts
Parts are made by fused deposition modelling (FDM). Visible layer lines, support marks under overhanging surfaces and a dimensional deviation of typically ±0.2 mm or ±0.5 % are inherent to the process. Colour may differ slightly from what you see on screen. These are not defects.
Parts are not intended for food contact, medical or safety-critical use unless this has been separately agreed in writing.
7. Right of withdrawal
A consumer may withdraw from the purchase of ready-made shop products within 14 days of receiving the goods by sending a notice to info@primanor.ee. The goods must be returned unused and the buyer bears the cost of return. We refund the money within 14 days of receiving the notice, but not before the goods have arrived back.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to parts made from the customer's own model or to the customer's specifications (Estonian Law of Obligations Act, § 53 (4)).
8. Complaints
If a part does not match the order or is faulty, write to info@primanor.ee within two months of discovering the defect and attach a photo. Consumers may submit a claim within two years of receiving the goods. We will reprint a faulty part or refund the money.
9. Disputes
We try to resolve disagreements by negotiation. If that fails, a consumer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee at the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (komisjon.ee).
10. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.
