Privacy policy
The controller of personal data is Primanor OÜ (registration no. 11528750, Papiaru 14, Rakvere 44317, Estonia). Questions and requests: info@primanor.ee.
What we collect
- Order details: name, email, phone, chosen parcel locker, invoice details for companies, and the order note.
- Customer account (if you create one): name, email, phone and password. The password is stored only as a hash — we cannot see it or send it to you.
- Uploaded files: the 3D models you send with a quote request. The file is stored on our server when you send the request, and only we can access it.
- Messages: the name, email, phone, message and any photos sent through the contact form.
- Technical data: IP address and request time, to protect the site against abuse.
Why and on what basis
- To fulfil your order and communicate with you — performance of a contract.
- For invoices and accounting — legal obligation.
- To answer enquiries and keep the site secure — legitimate interest.
We do not use your data for marketing and do not sell it to anyone.
Who receives the data
- Zone Media OÜ — web hosting and email (data is stored in Estonia).
- Omniva or Smartposti — name, phone and email, to deliver the parcel.
- Our accounting service provider — invoice details.
How long we keep it
- Order and invoice data: 7 years (Estonian Accounting Act).
- Files added to the cart but never ordered: 2 days.
- Order files: up to 6 months after the order is completed, so that we can reprint the same part if needed.
- Contact form messages: up to 2 years.
- Customer account: until you delete it. You can delete the account yourself at any time under “My account”; orders already placed are kept for accounting but are no longer linked to an account.
Cookies
Necessary cookies. The cookie p3d remembers the contents of your cart (for up to 7 days) and the cookie XSRF-TOKEN protects the forms against forged requests. They are set when you open the site and contain only a random identifier, not your data. An order cannot be placed without them, so no permission is asked for them.
Logging in. When you log in to your account, the same cookie p3d keeps you logged in. If you tick “Remember me”, a cookie named remember_customer_… is added that keeps you logged in after the browser is closed — it is set only by your own choice.
Statistics cookies. The site currently uses no statistics or advertising cookies. If we add visitor statistics, they will be used only if you chose "Accept all" in the cookie window.
Your choice in the cookie window is stored in your browser (not as a cookie) and is asked again after a year. You can change it at any time via "Cookie settings" in the page footer.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict its processing and receive a copy of it. To do so, write to info@primanor.ee. If you believe we have infringed your rights, you may contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (aki.ee).
