3D printing spare parts

A broken clip, knob, lever or gear you can no longer buy? We print a new one — from a 3D file, a dimensioned drawing or even a photo and the old part.

What we can do

  • Straight from a file

If a model exists (STL, 3MF, STEP or found on MakerWorld), we review it and send a price within 1 business day.

  • From the old part

No file? Send a photo and the main dimensions, or bring the broken part to Rakvere — we assess whether and how it can be modelled.

  • The right material for the job

PETG for appliances and furniture, ASA for cars and outdoors, carbon-fibre nylon PAHT-CF for hot and heavily loaded places (up to 190 °C).

  • One piece or several

We print a single replacement or several spares — for larger quantities we make an offer with a quantity discount.

Frequently asked questions

Can you print a spare part if I have no 3D model?

Often, yes. Simpler parts (clips, mounts, knobs) can be modelled from a photo and dimensions. Send a picture and the dimensions through the contact form — we will tell you whether it is possible and what it costs.

Is a printed spare part strong enough?

With the right material and infill, yes. For loaded parts we use PETG or ASA with denser infill, for the most loaded and hottest places carbon-fibre nylon PAHT-CF. Describe in your enquiry where and how the part is used.

How large can a spare part be?

Up to 325 × 320 × 325 mm in one piece. Larger parts can be printed in sections and glued or bolted together.
